Dr. Allan McKenzie's academic qualifications include: B.A. (Hons) English, Mc Master University; M.A. English, Queen's University; B. Ed (Cum Laude) University of New Brunswick; M.A. Education, University of Minnesota and Ph.D. Education, University of Minnesota. In 1969 he was awarded a Fullbright Scholarship – University of Minnesota. His professional experience includes teaching English and being a Principal at Naparima College for over thirty years and being a Second-Marker for M. Ed Programme, U.N.B/UWI-ROYTEC. Dr. McKenzie has served on numerous Boards, Government Committees and Commissions and received many national awards including the Presidents' Public Service Medal of Merit Gold.

Andre Falby is a career banker with over 25 years' experience in risk management, commercial lending, corporate and investment banking. Andre has been involved in financing projects spanning a wide cross-section of industries both locally and regionally and currently holds the position of Senior Manager Corporate Credit Risk with a regional commercial bank.

In addition to his role as the Accounting & Finance subject head for UWI-ROYTEC's ADM programme, Andre also lectures BBA (UNB) finance courses including Corporate Finance, Financial Markets & Institutions, Applied Financial Management, Personal Financial Planning, International Financial Management and Principles of Mortgage Finance (Diploma Real Estate).

Anthea Clarke attended Valsayn Teacher's Training College, the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, and the Institute of Education in London, where she honed her experience in mathematics teaching and learning. She has taught Mathematics at the secondary level and also in schools and special needs units in South East London, United Kingdom. For the last several years, she has been teaching solely at the tertiary level where she recently became involved with teacher training.

Anthea's research interests include the language of proof in mathematics, ethno-mathematics, emergent mathematics, autobiography and history in the teaching of mathematics and the professional development of mathematics teachers.

Anthea M. Davis holds a B.Sc Sociology from the University of the West Indies; Post Graduate Diploma - Human Resources Management from UWI-Institute of Business (now Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business) and an MBA – Project Management from Henley Management College (UK). Anthea has over twenty (20) years combined industry and teaching experience in Human Resources Management. She has served in both public and private sector institutions in various sectors including health, finance, education, tourism and export.

Anthea teaches in both the Associate and Bachelor Degree programmes at UWI-ROYTEC. She has also developed several courses throughout her career as an educator. Some of the courses she has taught include Human Resources Management, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources Development, Compensation Management, Industrial Relations, Organization Design, Performance Management and Motivation and Work Behaviour. Anthea's research interest is quality of work life with specific reference to productivity and women in the work place.

Maureen Bowen attained her Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master of Arts Degree from the Brooklyn College of the City University of New York. It was there she earned the designation of Industrial and Organizational Psychologist. From 1992 – December 2005, she held the position of Director Employee Assistance Programmes at Families in Action, a non-governmental organization, which provides Employee Assistance Programmes and other social services to private and public entities. Thereafter, she progressed into full time consultancy. One of her major projects since then was being the sole full service employee assistance provider for BWIA's closure and Caribbean Airlines start-up.Ms. Bowen's training experience is in the areas of Employee Assistance Programmes, Stress Management, Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence Counselling, Communication Skills, Parenting, Esteem Building and Character Development, training NGO's and individuals for HIV/AIDS Counselling, Socialization Skills and Team Building, Retirement Planning, Voluntary Separation Co-ordination, Outsourcing Programmes and individual and family Counselling.

Michelle Salandy is the subject head of Economics at UWI-ROYTEC and lectures in Mathematics and Economics. Previously she taught at the secondary level and at the University of the West Indies. She graduated from the University of the West Indies, with a MSc. in Economics, and a BSc. in Mathematics and Economics. She is a strong advocate for teaching and learning and has participated in several online workshops hosted by the Instructional Development Unit, University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Edtech Open, and Commonwealth of Learning.

Michelle's passion for Economics is reflected in her research in the areas of capital flight, capital controls, and financial liberalisation. This thirst for knowledge in the areas of Economics and Mathematics is imparted on all her students as they become innovative critical thinkers.

Rhona Caroline Henry Flores is a dedicated educator with an impressive track record of more than forty years. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish and English and a Diploma in Education. She has also participated and is certified in a number of training courses in the teaching of Spanish. These include Teaching and Testing for Proficiency; Curriculum Development for Language for Special purposes; Strategies for the Teaching of Spanish to English-speaking adults and the Applied linguistics of the Spanish Language among others.

Ms. Flores is accredited as an instructor in the Teaching of Spanish by the Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED) of San José, Costa Rica. She is a founder-member of O...C...E...A...N (OCEAN), an NGO dedicated to supporting vulnerable and at risk young women.

Dr. Rhonda Dookwah has a doctoral degree in Education. Her experience in Education spans over thirty years at primary, secondary and tertiary education institutions within Trinidad. She has immense experience in the training of teachers. Dr. Dookwah was the recipient of a Teacher of the Year Award in 2013 for Excellence in Teaching at Tertiary Education. Her passion in research is to investigate students' experiences of teaching approaches at tertiary education.

Rhonda's professional mission is to adopt a judicious mix of student-centered and teacher-centered approaches to teaching/learning activities at tertiary education so that students become critical thinkers, life-long learners and researchers, who can inform policy creation; thereby ensuring a better way of life for people in Trinidad and Tobago.

Rhonda O'Neil is a Senior Human Resource Practitioner, Entrepreneur and Educator with over twenty-four years' experience. She is the owner and principal consultant at R.O'Neil Associates. Rhonda completed her undergraduate work at the University of New Brunswick and her Master's in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix. She is a certified trainer with the American Management Association as well as the Hay Group, with accreditation to administer the Boyatzis, Goleman and Hay Group Emotional and Social Intelligence Competency Inventory. She obtained her Performance Consulting Certification from the Training Institute in Atlanta and Effective Change Management Certification from Prosci and AdPro.

Rhonda leverages her broad based experience in strategic planning, human resource development, client relations, business administration, change management and instructional systems design to improve organizational performance. Rhonda's focus is on developing human capital, in particular, competencies that drive high performance, productivity and profitability.

Ryan Ramcharan has worked with both private and public institutions, developing and using strategic business information and communication technology (ICT) solutions to improve key operations, enhance services and realize cost savings. His ICT industry experience spans over fifteen (15) years coupled with teaching and lecturing in the areas of Management Information Systems, Networks, Systems Analysis and Design and Technology and Innovation, to highlight a few.

Mr. Ramcharan brings a wealth of knowledge and practical approaches to developing, deploying and managing ICT tools for business in the context of business strategy. His areas of interest are Digital Health, Leadership Strategies for Information Technology in Health Care, Systems Security, Integration and Interoperability.

Selris Mahabir has been accepted by Edinburgh Napier University to pursue the Doctorate in Business Administration programme. He possesses a Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership and Management and in 2015 was awarded an Organisation of American States (OAS) scholarship to pursue a Master Certificate in Project Leadership and System Design from Cornell University. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Management from the University of the West Indies.Mr. Mahabir is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS). He has passed with Distinction the Information Technology Infrastructure Library Intermediate (ITIL) qualification in Service Design. He has 16 years of full-time and part-time time teaching experience. Mr. Mahabir has been involved in a number of service delivery optimization projects, application integration implementation and change management initiatives.

Wendy K Campbell is an independent Media & Public Relations Consultant and an adjunct Lecturer with the UWI-ROYTEC. Ms. Campbell holds an MA Degree in Mass Communications from the University of Leicester, England, and an AAS Degree in Journalism/Public Relations from the COSTAATT. Ms. Campbell lectures in several subject areas including Fundamentals of PR, Advanced Techniques in PR and Special Events Project Management. She has been described as commanding, patient, gentle, interactive, pragmatic, contemporary and democratic. Ms. Campbell's research interests center around Government communications relative to issues surrounding National Security; the love-hate relationship between the media and PR practitioners and how it affects both entities from an ethical decision making standpoint, the effects of marketing on human beings and the impact of digital technology on the English Language.
