The Principles of Property Management presents the main tenets of administrative operations and maintenance of property and property management activities. The course covers the techniques and approaches for realizing the maximum value of the economic life of a property. Participants in this course also review the tools, skills and legislative responsibilities of providing a profession service to owners and tenants.

This course also forms part of the Diploma in Real Estate Brokerage programme. Persons interested in establishing a real estate brokerage firm are encouraged to explore the full diploma offering.

Duration and Requirements

Class sessions are held once per week over 12 weeks between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. 

Participants will be expected to show some evidence of having worked or studied in the field of Property Management or Real Estate.

 

Award

A Certificate of Completion awarded upon successful completion of the course.
