Andre Falby (Subject Head, Finance and Accounting)
Andre Falby is a career banker with over 25 years' experience in risk management, commercial lending, corporate and investment banking. Andre has been involved in financing projects spanning a wide cross-section of industries both locally and regionally and currently holds the position of Senior Manager Corporate Credit Risk with a regional commercial bank. In addition to his role as the Accounting & Finance subject head for UWI-ROYTEC's ADM programme, Andre also lectures BBA (UNB) finance courses including Corporate Finance, Financial Markets & Institutions, Applied Financial Management, Personal Financial Planning, International Financial Management and Principles of Mortgage Finance (Diploma Real Estate). |

Anthea Clarke (Subject Head, Mathematics and Management Science)
Anthea Clarke attended Valsayn Teacher's Training College, the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, and the Institute of Education in London, where she honed her experience in mathematics teaching and learning. She has taught Mathematics at the secondary level and also in schools and special needs units in South East London, United Kingdom. For the last several years, she has been teaching solely at the tertiary level where she recently became involved with teacher training. Anthea's research interests include the language of proof in mathematics, ethno-mathematics, emergent mathematics, autobiography and history in the teaching of mathematics and the professional development of mathematics teachers. |

Calvin Ramnath (Subject Head, Information Technology - ADISM)
Calvin Ramnath is a highly experienced Information and Communications Technology professional with comprehensive strategic planning and implementation skills, and successful project management abilities. His ICT experience includes working within enterprise level organizations in both the public and private sector over the last 20 years. Mr. Ramnath is also a qualified educator with extensive experience working with local and foreign institutions. |

David Muhammad, Ph.D (Subject Head, Education)
Dr. David Muhammad holds a PhD in Sociology and a Double Major Bachelor Degree in Sociology and Education from the University of the West Indies (UWI). He also holds a Teacher's Diploma from the Valsayn College (now University of Trinidad & Tobago) and has over 25 years' experience in the profession. He is also the founder and director of the Kwame Ture Education Centre and is a frequently invited guest speaker across the Caribbean as well as in the US and UK. He is also a TV and radio presenter, a writer, a prison's program coordinator, an accomplished musician and a 2nd Degree black belt in karate. He is also the former and longest serving manager of the T&T National Football Team -the Soca Warriors. |

Elton Abhiram (Programme Coordinator, Real Estate)
Elton Abhiram is a graduate of UWI, St Augustine and holds a BSc International Relations and other professional training. He possesses a broad range of expertise attained as an educational administrator with more than 10 years of experience in the higher education sector of Trinidad and Tobago. Mr Abhiram has functioned in various roles, gaining experience in the areas of Finance and Accounting, Marketing, and Academic Services. He presently serves as Programme and Student Services Coordinator at UWI-ROYTEC’s South campus. His substantive duties include the coordination of all Real Estate programmes across UWI-ROYTEC’s North and South campuses, and continues to serve as the main liaison with corporate partner, the Association of Real Estate Agents (AREA), for over 6 years. |

Guytn Ottley (Subject Head, Management Studies)
Guytn Ottley currently operates as a consultant in human resource management and is a facilitator in UWI-ROYTEC's Corporate Training programmes.
Guytn holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. He has worked in both the public and private sectors and has had over six years' experience in change management in a public sector environment. |

Rhona Flores (Subject Head, Languages)
Rhona Caroline Henry Flores is a dedicated educator with an impressive track record of more than forty years. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish and English and a Diploma in Education. She has also participated and is certified in a number of training courses in the teaching of Spanish. These include Teaching and Testing for Proficiency; Curriculum Development for Language for Special purposes; Strategies for the Teaching of Spanish to English-speaking adults and the Applied linguistics of the Spanish Language among others. Ms Flores is accredited as an instructor in the Teaching of Spanish by the Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED) of San José, Costa Rica. She is a founder-member of O...C...E...A...N (OCEAN), an NGO dedicated to supporting vulnerable and at risk young women. |

Ryan Ramcharan (Subject Head, Information Technology - BISM)
Ryan Ramcharan (MCPM, MSc) has extensive leadership, management and digital transformation experience, serving as Director, Executive Director and Board Member at several organizations. His industry Information & Communications Technology (ICT) experience, educating and empowering students, spans over 20 years in the areas of Management Information Systems, Systems Analysis & Design, Project Management and Technology & Innovation, to highlight a few. He has successfully designed, developed and deployed strategic business ICT solutions, enhancing services, improving efficiency and effectiveness at numerous levels. Passionate about people development, digital transformation and leadership strategies for ICT, he brings to every classroom a wealth of knowledge, practical methodologies, thought leadership, decisive development techniques and active engagement strategies. Susan Russell (Subject Head, Management Studies)
Susan Russell has over 25 years' experience in the financial sector and has led teams responsible for strategy and change initiatives, across the Caribbean. She developed practical and leadership competencies in the areas of client experience, project management, employee training and development, employee rewards and recognition, performance management and strategy planning and implementation. She has a B.A. from University of New Brunswick, Canada and a Master's Degree in International Business from the UWI-Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business. Susan has completed a range of professional training to support financial operations as well as, in Teaching and Learning for Adult Learners. Susan is passionate about education and life-long learning and has been lecturing for over 17 years, as an adjunct lecturer with the University of New Brunswick, Canada, and UWI-ROYTEC. She has delivered Professional Enhancement sessions and Academic courses in Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty, Strategic Management, Business Management, International Business, Business Ethics and Entrepreneurship. |

Wendell Long (Subject Head, Economics)
Wendell Long is the Department Head and Lecturer in Economics at UWI-ROYTEC with over 10 years of experience. Mr Long received his B.Sc. in Economics with History from UWI St. Augustine and holds a MSc. Business Management and Post Graduate Diploma in Education (Specialty in Economics). Mr Long has tutored at the UWI Open Campus (2004-2010) in the fields of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and Managerial Economics. He has also served as an Assistant Examiner for the Caribbean Examinations Council in the fields of Economics and Management of Business. Mr Long the recipient of numerous awards in Teaching and Lecturing Excellence. As a career educator, Mr Long’s primary research interests are in the fields of Applied Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation Management. He is interested in developing best practices for delivery of curricula and enhancing learners’ experiences. He is published in the area of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management and has pending publications in the areas of Advanced Level Economics and Caribbean Studies. |

Wendy Campbell-Paul (Subject Head, English and Communication)
Wendy Campbell-Paul is an experienced and qualified events, communications and education professional. She is a graduate of the University of Leicester (M.A. Mass Communications), in England, and the COSTAATT (A.A.S. Journalism/Public Relations), in Trinidad & Tobago. Currently, Wendy is pursuing a study programme with the University of Peace (UPEACE) Centre for Executive Education, in Costa Rica, after the institution awarded her a partial scholarship in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Social Change. Moreover, she is the holder of several certifications including, but not limited: to 21st Century Teaching & Learning in T&T, Strategic & Tactical Branding, Events Management (Distinction), Customer Service, Crisis Communication and Broadcasting. The current Subject Head for the UWI-ROYTEC's English & Communication Department and adjunct lecturer since 2010, Wendy is highly enthusiastic about Events, Communication and Education, and has functioned in these areas for both the private and public sectors. Additionally, she manages her own business which also offers services in these fields. Her research interests include Entrepreneurship, Events Management, Communication and Education. She is also fanatical about imparting knowledge in these spheres. Wendy is a member of the Trinidad & Tobago Coalition of Services Industries and The International Society of Female Professionals. Also, she has won several accolades during her careers. |
