The Principles of Real Estate Sales programme offers a unique combination of theory and practice that aims to develop the professional competencies of real estate industry practitioners. The programme will certify individuals who have attained the requisite academic and technical knowledge, and possess the professional standards of conduct appropriate for certification as a real estate sales agent.
This programme does not qualify persons to open their own agency. Persons interested in establishing a Real Estate Brokerage firm are encouraged to consider the Diploma in Real Estate Brokerage.
Principles of Real Estate Sales is offered in association with the Association of Real Estate Agents (AREA)
Duration and Requirements
Class sessions are held once per week over a period of 14 weeks.
Applicants should have 5 O'level passes including Mathematics and English OR be employed with a Real Estate Agency to qualify for the programme.
